March is Women’s History Month! In commemoration, we will be honoring women in science who have broken the mold, made scientific breakthroughs and inspire us to push the barriers of what’s possible. Today we honor Lili Kolisko, researcher and scientist [1889-1976] Kolisko dedicated her life to rigorous scientific experiments, despite hardships like the death of her husband, living in extreme poverty and having her work be suppressed. She attempted to build a bridge between the spiritual and the physical through the scientific method and uncovered relationships between the moon and plant growth, planetary influences on plants, and homeopathy in agriculture. We thank Lili Kolisko for her resilience and commitment to objective truth-finding. “True Science will lead us to the acknowledgment of spiritual facts. The unison of Science, Art and Religion must come in the near future. Scientists must arise who are at the same time endowed in their souls with the qualities of an artist and a priest. Science must again become a holy Art, if an unholy natural science is not to lead mankind to destruction” - Lili Kolisko Learn more: https://www.hri-research.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/HRI_ResearchArticle_16_Baumgartner_PlantModels.pdf https://www.sueyounghistories.com/2009-04-18-eugen-and-lili-kolisko-and-homeopathy/ ... NEM Director Susan Manewich is speaking at the Women’s Economic Forum this week! The WEF is one of the largest global events for visionary women in leadership, and this year is the first WEF ever held in the Middle East. Susan will be speaking about the obstacles women in science and in the new energy field face, and their importance in bringing forth a new era of innovation, cooperation and ethics-centered businesses. https://www.cairoscene.com/Buzz/This-Year-s-Women-Economic-Forum-to-Take-Place-in-Egypt-for-the-First-Time ... WHAT DOES ENERGY ABUNDANCE MEAN TO YOU?
PRINCIPLES OF ABUNDANCE: SYNTROPIC AGRICULTURE Syntropic farming is the process of regenerating poor barren land into abundant food-productive forests. The process works with the natural flows of nature, including humans. Through constant pruning, promoting an energy balance in the system, and restoring soil fertility without the use of pesticides, life, food, water are created. “There is no energy loss. Here, the fertilizer [input] doesn’t go away. It’s the opposite to conventional agriculture, be it organic or not. When we use fertilizer [the pruned branches of the trees] we transform 1 into 500. In conventional agriculture, we put in 1 and we receive 0.3. After a while we have to give 2 to achieve the same results, because we aren’t working with the natural processes of life.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSPNRu4ZPvE&t=301s ... See more

FEATURED ARTICLE: ‘We are literally making electricity out of thin air’; UMass develops groundbreaking technology that will change the way we power electronics In layman’s terms; “We are literally making electricity out of thin air,” said the laboratories of electrical engineer Jun Yao. “The Air-gen generates clean energy 24/7.” Yao and microbiologist Derek Lovley have created a device they call an Air-gen, or air-powered generator, with electrically conductive protein nanowires produced by the microbe Geobacter. The Air-gen connects electrodes to the protein nanowires in such a way that electrical current is generated from the water vapor naturally present in the atmosphere. “The ultimate goal is to make large-scale systems. For example, the technology might be incorporated into wall paint that could help power your home,” said Yao in a statement. “Once we get to an industrial scale for wire production, I fully expect that we can make large systems that will make a major contribution to sustainable energy production.” https://www.masslive.com/news/2020/02/we-are-literally-making-electricity-out-of-thin-air-umass-develops-groundbreaking-technology-that-will-change-the-way-we-power-electronics.html ... The first law of thermodynamics states that no energy can be created or destroyed. The assumption behind this is that there is a limited pre-determined quantity of energy available. In closed thermodynamic systems that's true, you can't have more come out than what put in. In open thermodynamics systems, more energy than what put is allowed to come through because the system includes the input of unlimited energy of space. "As in nature, the excess energy from universal energy technologies may ultimately be traced to the Prime Mover that animates the universe…the vast reservoir of ever-present transmutive etheric activity that fills all space” (Paul LaViolette) ... NEW BOOK HIDDEN ENERGY OFFERS HOPE FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE Emotional well-being, ethics, and social justice may seem unconnected to innovations that generate electricity. However, the co-authors of Hidden Energy: Tesla-inspired Inventors and a Mindful Path to Energy Abundance see such topics as interlinked, and crucial to both personal empowerment and solving environmental problems. Susan Manewich, based in Massachusetts, heads the grassroots organization New Energy Movement (newenergymovement.org.) Her professional career has included teaching Emotional Intelligence at major universities. In her work and as a mother of a teenager, she is concerned about teen mental health statistics. Many young people report being depressed and fearful. They cite environment degradation by fossil fuels as one of the causes. “Our book Hidden Energy can help them,” Manewich says. “On one level it’s about innovators making breakthroughs, to provide small energy generators that need no fuel and don’t pollute. On a deeper level, it’s about a mindful path—to a more conscious civilization.” Co-author Jeane Manning, based across the continent in western Canada, adds, “We know that zero-carbon, low-cost electricity for the people of Earth isn’t a cure-all. But if used wisely it’s a huge tool for shifting society off carbon fuels without building nuclear power plants.” Manning’s degree is in sociology, yet she spent more than thirty years interviewing scientists who study how energy moves in nature. She is motivated by her three children and now grandchildren—wanting clean air, unpolluted water and a more peaceful world for them. “We reach out to young climate activists,” Manning said. “When they see a different way forward, some perceive that acting from an open heart is more effective than anger. Having knowledge that’s empowering, and hope, helps them to be heard in a world changing way.” For more information please contact: HiddenEnergy.org ... See more
